The area least visible to our members is likely the most important. All of our guides, land management personnel, farm equipment, dogs, jeeps, guide boats, and everything else it takes to keep F&F running are located in our Operations Area.

Anchored by a large pole barn, this area also contains offices for personnel, a game cleaning house complete with a large walk-in cooler, dog kennels, a bird containment pen, and storage rooms. F&F Plantation's farm gasoline and farm diesel is stored here in our own above ground tanks. The area houses a well-stocked tool room to help keep all of our farm equipment, jeeps, and guide boats operational. All of the feed needed for maintenance of our dogs and our abundant wildlife is kept in this area. Like most Operations areas, this one is a constant beehive of activity and is not as aesthetically appealing as our facilities that are reserved for the use of our members. However, it is extremely functional and is the heart and soul of the Plantation.

Plantation Manager Ronald Chambers has his office located in this complex, where he oversees the operations of the entire plantation.
