New Membership Structure

F&F Plantation, LLC

  1. All new and renewing memberships will end on March 31, 2009.
  2. The annual membership fee has been eliminated.Instead, members will be billed monthly for prepaid usage fees and all fees will be charged to your credit card.
  3. Individual memberships will be sold to one person per membership.The new individual membership agreement requires a monthly payment of $800.00.This $800 per month will accrue to your usage fee account.Any amounts spent over your accrued balance will be charged to your credit card. Any balance not spent by March 31, 2009, will be forfeited to F&F.
  4. Corporate Memberships will be billed to one corporate entity.Only credit card payments will be accepted from one corporate entity.A minimum of three users is required to qualify for the corporate membership.$700 per month multiplied by the number of users will be charged each month to the corporation.Any amounts exceeding the accrued usage balance will be charged to the credit card.Any unused usage fees remaining in your account as of March 31, 2009 will be forfeited to F&F.
  5. All membership agreements will begin on, and will be billed on the first day of the month.Any usage fees that exceed your accrued usage fee balance will be billed to your credit card immediately.
  6. Each member will receive a monthly statement that details:
    1. Prepaid usage fees billed monthly and accrued usage balance
    2. Invoices for usage beyond the accrued usage balance
    3. Payments received via credit card and how they have been applied
  7. Schedule of usage fees available upon request.
